Whether you're injured, you're bored with your workouts, or it's just too hot out, hitting the pool is a great alternative workout.

You’re absolutely right the pool is a great alternative. However, your lifting technique should not suffer just because you’re in a pool.
Does Sparq pay any attention to form? If you’re going to put out a video, at least have guys that are doing each rep with proper form at a controlled pace.

While I agree that pool workouts can be a welcome addition to an athlete’s program, this video typifies a poor exercise program. First, upright rows are THE worst exercise for the shoulder; it is essentially an “impingement test” repeated performed with resistance. It should not be in any program ever. Second, performing exercises (particularly shoulder exercises) with poor posture reduces ROM, increases likelihood of poor mechanics, and ingrains poor movement patterns. Lastly, performing exercises in the pool with the body parts out of the water defeats the whole purpose of being in the pool!

^^Agree with the above.
Chip Smith should be ashamed. This is a reflection of how he trains athletes?! This video is a JOKE. I commented earlier about it, and I will do it again. Throw this video in the garbage.
The video shows poor lifting form, bad posture, not finishing reps through the entire ROM, and movements that are done way too quickly.
Time for some new videos, Sparq.
