Why is agility good for your game? To cut and get in and out of your breaks. 

In this video training drill, "90-Degree Cuts," SPARQ Trainer Matt James explains how to get that initial burst, maintain speed, and work on your agility. Make sure to work through the drill both ways to maximize gains to each side of your body.
