Christopher Thomas: The Difference Maker

SPARQ Basketball

In this era of instant gratification and short attention spans, Christopher Thomas is a throwback. He knows and preaches that there is no “fast-food” approach to effective training – he expects his athletes to put in quality work and bring a high-level of intensity to their training regimen. Thomas trains by providing inspiration and setting high expectations, and by pushing his players to surpass his own work ethic and intensity. He knows if they do that, they will reap the rewards. Becoming better basketball players. Becoming better athletes.

Thomas developed what he calls “The Difference-Maker Workouts.” By combining functional movement training and a core-strengthening component with fundamental basketball drills, he changes a player’s game. Functional movement is an emphasis on training the body to move the way it is designed to move – efficiently and effectively. The result is the player solidifies their skills, enhances their level of play and minimizes their risk of injury. Christopher Thomas is changing the game of hoops through training – developing raw athletes and role players into complete basketball athletes. They are the Difference-Makers.

Christopher Thomas is a SPARQ master trainer, for all of those reasons. Watch CT's training videos here. Check out his 100% Hoops home at 100percenthoops.com.
