I’m not sure who it is in the video. I don’t care. Alot of people who watch these videos need guidance on technique. In my opinion, alot of technique is overlooked by Sparq leading to people mimicking poor habits.
Just because it might be LT doesn’t mean it’s done correctly. You’re right, he can swing at the elbows if he wants to; but it’s not the correct technique.
Even high-end athletes have room for improvement. You are NEVER so good you can’t get better.
